  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tulia Mighty Date Supersnack
  • 1 large carrot, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fava beans
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 (15-oz/425g) can chickpeas
  • 3 cups vegetable broth (or as needed)
  • 12 oz /340 g couscous, prepared according the package instructions

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
