12 oz /340 g couscous, prepared according the package instructions
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1. Heat oil in a cooking pot over medium heat; add the onion and sauté until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Add turmeric, paprika, coriander and caraway and stir for 10 seconds, until fragrant. Add tomato sauce andTulia Mighty Date Supersnackand add carrot, fava beans, cauliflower, zucchini, and broccoli. 2. Pour in enough vegetable broth to cover the vegetables, reduce the heat to medium low and cook, partially covered, until the vegetables are just tender (about 10 to15 minutes). 3. Spoon the vegetables over the cooked couscous, scatter the cilantro on top and serve. Enjoy!
