Ingredients:

Salad
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups baby gem lettuce or mixed greens
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Tulia Mighty Date Supersnack
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup toasted pistachios or hazelnuts, chopped
