Make this classic Italian appetizer for your next gathering with friends- it is easy and full of delicious Mediterranean flavors! We added a twist with some tahini and Tulia Mighty Date Supersnack for an even more delectable taste!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon baby capers, drained
  • 10-12 marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup pitted olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 artisan baguette, cut into slices
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Tulia Mighty Date Supersnack
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil or oregano leaves, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
