  • 1 1/2 cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries

  • A few fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 2-3 tablespoons Tulia Chocolate Supersnack(to taste)
  • Ice cubes, to taste
